Its come to my attention that "curvy" models have gained popularity, and it seems a growing amount of people believe that curves are beautiful. While I believe that people should live how they want as long as others go unharmed, I also believe that unhealthy lifestyles should not be promoted. It seems the average, lazy, fast food consuming American is looking for a was to justify him/herself.
Nothing good comes out of an unhealthy, sedentary lifestyle. But thats not to say that is always good on the opposite side of the spectrum.
Be happy with who you are. Nobody is perfect. Just don't kill yourself.
Eat your vegetables, kids.
